Our Aim
The National Association of Private Employment Agencies
Malaysia (PAPSMA) is made up of License C private employment
agencies. PAPSMA aims to act as an intermediary between the
government, it's members and the public – which includes both
employers and job seekers – to ensure a good relationship and
cooperation amongst all involved parties.
The enforcement of the Private Employment Agencies
(Amendment) Act 2017 led to the classification of private employment
agency licenses. All PAPSMA members are categorised under
License C, which allows the recruitment of either Malaysians or
Foreigners for employment within and outside of Malaysia.
PAPSMA is striving to ensure a holistic employment experience
for all parties involved. PAPSMA aims to represent the License C employment
Agencies in Malaysia and in playing our role in educating, obtaining,
providing feedback, collecting data and proposals, promoting and
adoption of innovative policies for the enhancement of employment
services.
RecognitionPAPSMA members consist fully of Agensi Pekerjaan Swasta (APS) with license C issued by the Ministry of Human Resource’s Labour Department after the Private Employment Agencies (Amendment) Act 2017. APS License C classification allows the APS holder to perform job placement for job seekers and talent seekers inside and outside Malaysia, and non-citizen workers in Malaysia. |
EventsPAPSMA regularly holds events, attend and collaborate to foster friendships, networks, allowing our members to keep a pulse on the market and access to necessary resources.
|
UpdatesPAPSMA keeps regular updates with the happenings, changes, amendments and policy changes.
|
ConnectPAPSMA is also a platform for players in the industry to have deeper association with each other. We express our mutual thoughts, concerns and ideas among each other so things can be done about them.
