PAPSMA is striving to ensure a holistic employment experience for all parties involved. PAPSMA aims to represent the License C employment Agencies in Malaysia and in playing our role in educating, obtaining, providing feedback, collecting data and proposals, promoting and adoption of innovative policies for the enhancement of employment services. Besides that, PAPSMA also aims to act as an intermediary between the government, it's members and the public - which includes both employers and job seekers - to ensure a good relationship and cooperation amongst all involved parties.

Responsible for effective and efficient day-to-day operations by supporting company functions. Able to multitask and have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work.
Qualification and Skill
Minimum SPM and 2-years experience in any relevant field.
